ORDERING & DELIVERY
When do orders close?
Orders close two days prior to delivery:
- For Tuesday delivery, place your order by Sunday 6 PM.
- For Friday delivery, place your order by Wednesday 6 PM.
Orders are considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
Deliveries are always set for the upcoming Tuesday or Friday. If you need a later delivery date, please indicate this in the notes when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Can the 100g ziplock pack be packed in different sizes?
We offer two standard sizes: 30g trial pack and 100g ziplock pack.
Customisation only to 50g ziplock pack is possible for an additional $5 per 1kg, with a minimum purchase of 5kg.
This helps cover the extra resources required, and we’re happy to accommodate your cat’s needs! Just drop us a note on your order slip to notify us of your request.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Our raw meals are delivered chilled in insulated packaging, so it’s best if someone is home to receive them. If no one is available, our delivery partner will leave the order at your doorstep, but we won’t be responsible for any issues after that. Let us know if you need special arrangements!
Can items be delivered or self collected outside of Tuesday or Friday?
Our production and delivery days are streamlined for efficiency, so deliveries outside these days are considered exceptions. If you’d like to arrange for this, let us know at checkout, but please note that an additional delivery fee may apply. Self-collection is the most ideal option, as our deliveries follow a set schedule based on volume. Kindly note that we have limited storage and can only hold orders for up to 2 days.
Can I return or refund my purchase?
Raw meals and treats are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Accessories can be returned or exchanged under certain conditions.

How do I serve raw meals and treats?
Raw Meals
Thaw the pack in the fridge overnight or soak it in room temperature water for 20 minutes. Add and mix in a tablespoon of warm water—or adjust to your cat’s liking. No need to defrost in the microwave or cook—serve it raw for maximum nutrition!
Treats
Serve them as is, or cut them into smaller pieces to use as toppers for meals.
How should I store raw meals and treats?

- Freezer: Store them in the freezer for up to 2 months for the best quality.

Raw meals and treats can last up to 6 months, but we recommend feeding your cats within 2 months for the best freshness and taste.
Are the treats made with the same ingredients as the raw meals?
Yes! Our treats are made with the same human-grade & halal-certified ingredients as our raw meals, ensuring your cat gets the same high-quality nutrition.
Are your products suitable for all cats?
Yes, our raw meals and treats are designed to suit cats of all ages. However, if your cat has specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your vet before switching to a raw diet.
