Doorstep delivery is $12 islandwide* on every Tuesday and Friday between 6pm to 10pm by our delivery partner.

Self collection option is available at Ghim Moh Link on these selected time slots only Tuesdays and Fridays between 5pm to 7pm.
Upon receiving order fulfilment email, please respond to selected day and time to confirm collection appointment.

Return & Refund Policy

Raw Meals and Treats
Please be advised that all raw meals and treats purchased from Kitar Cats are made to order and marked as final. As such, these items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where they have manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, we kindly request that you ensure the product remains unused, free from any additional damage, and is returned in its original packaging. Eligible exchanges or refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the defective item. -
If you receive the wrong product or a product with noticeable defects, please contact us at hellokitar@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a snapshot of your order ID and the product condition to assist us in resolving the issue promptly. We will strive to provide a resolution as quickly as possible, ensuring your satisfaction.

For exchanges, if permitted, the delivery fee for returning the item and shipping the replacement will need to be covered by the customer.

Accessories
Accessories purchased from Kitar Cats are eligible for returns or exchanges under certain conditions. These items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order information at hellokitar@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for any delivery fees associated with returns or exchanges. -
Payment-Related Issues
For payment-related issues such as wrongful or duplicated charges, please reach out to hellokitar@gmail.com. Refunds in such cases will be issued through the original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
